New Student Orientation Forms
Arrival Form
The arrival form will give us the information we will need to make sure you will have transportation from your point of arrival to the university.
Health Insurance
LeTourneau University requires all students taking six or more credit hours to have health (medical) insurance. Students may choose to either:

Accept the university's insurance program
Detailed information about the university’s insurance can be found at https://www.academichealthplans.com/letu. -
Waive enrollment in this program by providing proof of your own insurance coverage.
NOTE: It is the student’s responsibility to notify Student Accounts of any change in your insurance information.
To avoid placement of the university’s policy you must provide your health insurance information no later than the 12 th day of classes. After the 12 th day of classes the premium is non-refundable.

Vehicle Registration Form
These forms are only necessary if you will have any sort of vehicle on campus. This includes vehicles such as bicycles and trailers as well as cars and trucks. A separate form must be filled out for each vehicle.
Meal Plan Form
Whether you are a commuter student or living on campus, we have meal plan options for you.
We are very excited to be in our new dining hall with our food provider Bon Appetit.

You probably have very little familiarity with LeTourneau's Leadership Distinctives—that’s okay.
