Lee earns ASC weekly honors
RICHARDSON, Texas – LeTourneau University’s Leslie Lee was named Thursday the
American Southwest Conference Women’s Golfer of the Week.
Lee, a junior from Longview, Texas, won the individual title at the ConCan Intercollegiate
Classic at ConCan Country Club in ConCan, Texas, with a 20-over-par 85-79—164. Lee won the tourney
by two strokes and was the only golfer in the field to break 80. She recorded 20 pars and one
birdie.
LeTourneau returns to the links 9:00 a.m., Monday, March 29 at the Southwestern University
Spring Classic in Georgetown, Texas at the Berry Creek Country Club.
