Made to Order Monday
Monday events are a great opportunity to enjoy campus with other students interested in
LETU. They are typically smaller than our Thursday-Friday events but provide all the
information of a bigger preview weekend. We hope your time on campus will help you make your
college decision with ease!
Join us on Sunday night to stay in a residence hall on campus with a current student or arrive on Monday morning to start your visit and receive your packet of information. Included in your packet will be a final schedule for your visit, a list of classes you can attend, the Realities magazine, a bookstore coupon, and more! Parents will also receive a packet filled with important information including a local restaurant guide, the NOW alumni magazine, and other fun items to supplement your time on campus!

*Please be sure to eat before you arrive on campus, as the Corner Cafe (dining hall) is closed on Sunday evenings. Also, make note that Check-In on Sunday evening ends at 7:30PM.
Weekday visitors may schedule an individual visit for a day that works best for you and your family.
If you are planning your first visit to LETU and you eventually enroll at LETU, we
will reimburse you up to $300 (applied to your student account) for travel-related
expenses. It must be your first visit to campus and documentation is required
(within 30 days of the original visit). To apply for the reimbursement, download and complete
the Air LeTourneau
Form and mail it back to LETU with
required proof of expenses. Note - we are not able to reimburse you for frequent flyer miles
used nor do we pay mileage - only out-of-pocket travel expenses.
