How to Prepare for Registration
What should I do to prepare for registration?
There is not a lot for you to do to prepare for registration. However, there are a
few things that could be done to make the process go more smoothly.
Send in your high school and college transcripts before you arrive.
If you are new to college, final official high school transcripts are required
for you to stay in your classes. Have your high school send these through to your
admissions counselor immediately.
This also applies to any college work. It is difficult for college
transcripts to be assessed for credit if they are brought in the day of orientation or
registration. Your college credit may have to be applied after you register for classes,
so send the transcript to us
before you get to LeTourneau. You can send these transcripts to the address
below:

Keep your major updated.
Because your advising at registration is dependent upon the major you choose,
be sure to keep your admissions counselor updated to any changes you may have. This helps keep
the registration process smooth and makes sure you get to see the instructors you need to select
your classes.
Make sure your Financial Aid file is complete.
It helps to finalize arrangements with Financial Aid ahead of time. If
you have not done so or have questions, you can contact the Financial Aid Office at 903-233-4350 or
1-800-759-8811.
